Digital Inclusion

A more accessible web for everyone, every day

OUR COMMITMENT TO ACCESSIBILITY

At Unopiù S.p.A., accessibility is not just a legal requirement — it is a core value. We believe in an inclusive web, where everyone – regardless of their abilities – can freely access our content and services.
We have begun the process of adapting our website to meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act, which will come into effect on June 28, 2025. We are aware that technical time is needed to update all pages in a complete and consistent way. We are committed to carrying out this process with seriousness and transparency.

WHAT WE ARE DOING

We have launched a structured action plan to make our website increasingly accessible and inclusive.

Specifically:

* We have started a comprehensive assessment of all pages on the site to evaluate the current level of compliance and identify any issues to be addressed.

* We are progressively adopting the WCAG 2.1 guidelines – Level AA, the international benchmark for digital accessibility.

* We conduct technical testing using assistive technologies, such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnifiers, and alternative browsing tools.

* We invest in the ongoing training of our team to promote an inclusive approach from the earliest stages of design and development.

We understand that this work requires technical time: our goal is to reach an appropriate level of compliance as quickly as possible.
We are committed to accelerating each phase of the process to ensure an accessible experience for everyone, without exception.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

We are progressively adapting to the European Accessibility Act, which will make the accessibility of digital services mandatory across the European Union starting June 28, 2025.
