Do you have any representatives in the UK?
We are a mail order company which sells through the catalogue, without any retailers or agents, getting straight to the final Customer. We have 34 Showrooms in Europe, where you have the possibility to appreciate the quality of our products and we will be glad to have you as a guest, even though we regret to have none in the UK yet.
I am very interested in your products, but I do not trust to place my order on-line. What are the other possibilities I have to get the order progressing?
The Unopiù website offers you the chance to purchase on-line all the items you can see on our Catalogue, but in case you do not trust to carry out the payment on-line by credit card, you can also opt for a banker's transfer, following all the instructions you can find on the website. When I try to order your catalogue on line, I am requested to enter a User Name and a Password, how could I get them?
When a Customer orders the catalogue on-line, the System automatically requires a simple registration. The Customer decides his User Name and Password that he has to enter every time he needs to get a quick access to our Website.
How much do I have to pay to get your Catalogue at home?
You simply have to fill in the registration form in order to receive the Unopiù Catalogue for free at home. You could choose to have the paper Catalogue or if you prefer you could also download part of the Catalogue in PDF format.
